Ofir Paz-Pines Ofir Paz-Pines
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Paz-Pines holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (with honors) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University. He served as Israel’s Minister of the Interior in the 30th Government from May 4, 2006, to November 1, 2006, and was a member of the Political-Security Cabinet for two terms. Following his retirement from the Knesset in 2010, Mr. Paz-Pines served as a Teaching Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, USA. Upon his return to Israel, he was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2011 and later that year became Chairman of the Board. He also serves as Head of the Institute for Local Government at Tel Aviv University and lectures at Tel Aviv University and Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).

 

Hila Amsterdam
Board Member

Ms. Amsterdam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. She was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2008. She currently serves as an External Director at BIG Shopping Centers Ltd., and as a Director at Metro Motor Holdings Ltd., Mediterranean Towers Ltd., and Metro-Dagan Ltd. Ms. Amsterdam currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer at Lamdan Holdings Ltd., a company owned by Mr. Chen Lamdan, the controlling shareholder of Orian.

 

 

Gadi Lesin
Board Member

Mr. Lesin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University. He completed the CEO Program at Harvard University, USA. He served as President and CEO of the Strauss Group from 2009 to 2018. Mr. Lesin was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2001. He currently serves as an External Director at Electra Consumer Products (1970) Ltd., a Director at I.C.L Group Ltd., and a Director at Wonder Veggies.

 

 

Amikam Norkin
Board Member

Mr. Norkin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Haifa and a Master’s degree in National Security and Political Science from the National Security College and the University of Haifa. He completed a Directors Course at Tel Aviv University. He is a Major General (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces and served as Commander of the Israeli Air Force from August 2017 to April 2022. Mr. Norkin was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2022.

 

 

Dalia Zuckerman
Board Member

Ms. Zuckerman is a Certified Public Accountant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Mathematics from the University of Haifa and a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations in Civil Society from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2019. Between 2016 and 2021, she served as an External Director at Maabarot Products Ltd. Since 2016, she has been providing financial and business consulting services, and between 2018 and 2020 she served as Director of Resource Development at ALUT. She currently also serves as an External Director at Robogroup T.A.K Ltd.

 

 

Assaf Shariv
Board Member

Mr. Shariv holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Reichman University. Between 2007 and 2010, he served as Israel’s Consul General in New York. He is Managing Partner at Amalia Investments Fund, CEO of Amalia PG Ltd., a Director and member of the Investment Committee at the Tekwin Fund, and CEO and owner of T.A.M. Shariv Ltd. Mr. Shariv was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2022. He currently serves as an External Director at Properties and Building Corp. Ltd., and as a Director at Amalia PG Ltd., Tekwin Management Ltd., BeaconSpark Ltd., T.A.M. Shariv Ltd., Tzurmik Ltd., and Payosso Ltd.

 

 

Daniel Hagari
Board Member

Mr. Hagari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Security, both from Tel Aviv University. He is a Brigadier General (Res.) in the Israel Defense Forces. His service includes roles as Head of the Naval Operations Directorate, Commander of Shayetet 13, Assistant to the Chief of the General Staff, Head of Operations of the Israeli Navy, and IDF Spokesperson during the “Swords of Iron” war (until March 2025). Mr. Hagari was appointed as a Director at Orian in 2025.
